This group includes materials that are electrically insulating and/or thermally conducting. Electrically insulating material is used to shield behind e.g. a circuit board, examples of such materials are Nomex®, Formex® and Mylar®.
Thermal material is used instead of cooling flanges on temperature sensitive components. Sundquist works with the leading material manufacturers in the world and is able to offer very competitive prices.
